The thesis aims to design for this generation of entrepreneurs and their aspirations, a creative and stimulating work place environment and incubator that promotes and accelerates possibilities of new collaborative opportunities with spaces the are refined by spatial and technological configurations. This commercial building bock contains a main corporate office structure, Co-working spaces and makerspace labs.
